Glow-Solo Programme

Glow-Solo is a 1:1 training programme for driven professionals who aren’t coping keeping all the balls in the air, who feel frazzled, exhausted and are worried they’re on the way to burn out. 

Through her bespoke support, Antonia’s clients leave having reduced their stress levels, improved their overall wellbeing, and feeling mentally recharged, stronger, calmer, more in control, and with more energy.

Glow-Solo guides you through 3 stages:

  • Understand and identify what’s behind the stress and the struggle you’re currently experiencing.

  • Learn a suite of mental fitness strategies to train your attention, build emotional resilience, and intentionally manage your energy.

  • Build a bespoke mental recharge toolkit of tailored practices and embed these into a sustainable routine for long-term mental health.

You will come away from Glow-Solo:

  • Feeling stronger, in control, making better decisions, able to put up and maintain boundaries, and more fully resourced to manage the daily stressors and challenges.

  • With an audio library of practice recordings to keep for life.

  • Motivated to maintain your bespoke mental fitness practice to protect your long-term mental health and well-being.

COST: Employer-funded £3000. Individually-funded £2250. A payment plan can be arranged if required.

TIMING: Work with Antonia over 12 weekly one-hour online sessions, with text support to keep you on-track, and home practices in between sessions.
